Low back pain is one of the main problem of modern society and when pain becomes chronic, life really becomes difficult. We keep changing medicines, experiment with different therapies but no relief. Even if it offers some relief we cannot escape from the side effects of medicines.pain



Weight gain is most common side effect of most of the pain killers. The more you gain weight, pain increases. But do you know, besides classical and alternative methods of treating pain diet also helps a lot.

Many food items like processed and ultra-processed food items, food with added sugar, refined grains etc.…increases inflammation which may alleviate chronic pain.
