With the changing weather, fever and throat infections becomes very common. During fever we lose lots of muscles, due to which our energy level reduces. 1. Whole cereals – Whole cereals like whole wheat flour or dalia, Poha, oats are rich source of Vitamin B. For breakfast try to incorporate any one of them in the form of dalia or porridge.
