1. Milk and oats – No preparation required. Just mix some instant oats with a glass of milk. Top with some fruits and chopped nuts.
2. Channa chaat – Soak a handful of kala channa overnight. In morning, add some chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Spice it with some salt and lemon juice.
3. Cheese sandwich – Use multigrain bread to make sandwich and stuff it with 1 cheese slice and few slices of cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
