Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for everyone. Most of the working ladies do not have sufficient time in morning to prepare breakfast for them and prefer to have only tea. So here I am sharing 3 healthy breakfast option for busy moms and kids


Best breakfast options for students 

1.    Milk and oats – No preparation required. Just mix some instant oats with a glass of milk. Top with some fruits and chopped nuts.

 

2.    Channa chaat – Soak a handful of kala channa overnight. In morning, add some chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Spice it with some salt and lemon juice.

 

3.    Cheese sandwich – Use multigrain bread to make sandwich and stuff it with 1 cheese slice and few slices of cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
